DUI Information
If you have been issued a ticket for Driving Under the
Influence (of alcohol or any drugs), the court will
require a state form called a Uniform Report.

Please bring:
  • the sworn report summary suspension ticket
  • your driving court purposes driving abstract
    (obtained at DMV)
Risk Education
Nearly everyone who receives a DUI ticket will be required
to participate in a ten hour risk education class.
Many attorneys suggest that you complete this class before your
sentencing date.
The ten hours are divided over four classes.
